what is cyber bullying??
Cyber bullying is a kind of bullying or harassment that takes place online usually on social media sites. The bad thing about Cyber Bullying is that it is public, hard to take down and can even affect you from home not just at school.
Why is it such a problem in our society today ?
Cyber bullying in society today has had major affects with the emotions and well being of the people in our society. The bullies are able to post mean and harmful messages to the weaker people anonymously and the bullies can just get away with it, with nothing being done to them not the person
Statistics on cyber bullying
Statistics show that over half (52%) off young people have reported being cyber bullying. damaging or embarrassing photographs taken without the knowledge or consent of the victim has been reported by around 11% of adolescents and teens
Who is most at risk?
Bullying can happen to anyone, anywhere, anytime, anyplace. The people who are at risk the most are the people that the others seem are not 'normal'. These people include the social awkward and the people with body image problems
How can we prevent it?
We can prevent cyber bullying by not being a bystander or being a positive bystander by reporting cyber bullying. you can stand up to the bully and tell them to stop. its likely that the victim is afraid to stand up for him/herslef and has not said anything and needs someone to stand up for them and back them up

How can people be cyber safe??
People can be cyber safe by having their accounts private, never giving out their password or private information, only allowing people they know follow them or be there friend. People can also not allow people who they think could be a bully to follow them. Generally be safe with the people you hang around.
