The Siegrist Star
Week of February 5, 2024
Abby Cockrill Grant
Today was a good day. Pat and Diana Cockrill, community members and parents of three PCR-3 graduates, awarded four, $250 memorial classroom grants to Ashley Robertson, Emily Courtney, Allie Kirschner, and Cody Wilkerson. The grant program was set up to honor their daughter, Abby Cockrill, a 2006 graduate of PCHS, who was studying to become a teacher and student teaching in the District when her life was taken by a drunk driver. The memorial’s purpose is to help PCR-3 educators fund special projects within their classroom or school. Thank you Pat and Diana! #PCR3Proud
Ms. Kirschner was surprised and appreciative for receiving the grant! Congratulations!!
High Five Friday
It's High Five Friday at Siegrist this morning. Some students from the Platte County High School come over this morning to greet our students and start their day off with a positive!
