I am so glad you are here!
I enrolled November 5th, 2018 as a Color Street Stylist. I am also a wife, a mom, and a full time high school teacher. My life is crazy busy and I love what Color Street has done for me. I have never sold a single thing in my life, but by asking questions to my enroller/upline, staying consistent in my VIP Group and on my personal Facebook wall and Instagram, and by taking advice from others that have done this way longer than me, I can honestly say that this has been the most amazing experience ever. My ONLY regret was saying "NO" multiple times before finally signing up to be a Stylist. Taylor enrolled first, and then I enrolled with her about 5-weeks later.

Team Nailin It - this is the group that Taylor and I have. It is filled with the most amazing supportive and loving people ever. This is a space of positivity. You can go here for questions and shoutouts and trainings. Taylor also has some awesome incentives every month!
Official Color Street Stylist Group - this group contains all Color Street Stylists. It will have direct information from Corporate Office. They also do trainings that are AMAZING!
NAILFIES GROUP - Independent Color Street Stylist - this group is ran by a group of Stylists and a great place to go to for ideas on nailfies.
Your VO (Virtual Office)
- You can log in at www.vo.colorstreet.com with your username (what you put after colorstreet.com) and use the password that you created . They have tons of information on what’s in stock, how much commission you’ve made weekly, etc...
- Click on RESOURCES, and then scroll down to NEW STYLISTS, you'll see tons of valuable tools to help you stay organized and kickstart your business.
Your website is one of the most important tools for your business! Your replicated website is where you will sell and purchase your favorite nail strips, and your Virtual Office is where you’ll track important information such as customer orders, live commission reporting, team reports, and more. Once you have accrued your first weekly commission, you will be emailed a link to activate and set-up your Color Street Pay Portal.

After you sign up to be a Stylist:
- Go to party, I’m hosting, virtual party, and then create. You don’t need to change the dates or the times, and it is good for 60 days. You HAVE to close it by the end of the close date or you'll lose your rewards. You’ll want to rake up sales on this and then close it out to get all of those hostess rewards to get free sets. Your goal is to get that party link over $1,000 so that you can get the most sets.
How Do I Get Paid?
We get paid every Thursday (and the first Thursday of the month with any added commissions). When you have earned your first paycheck, Color Street will send you an email with steps on how to get your paycheck.
- This is what you will use to organize your finances. Color Street will pay you directly through this weekly (your bonus will come at the beginning of the month).
- You can transfer your money from this Pay Portal to your:
Bank Account (takes 1-3 days)
PayPay Account (takes less than 30-minutes)
Color Street Debit Card (transferred immediately)
Sign into your Color Street Virtual Office
Click MENU then ACCOUNT
Click PAY PORTAL and make an account
Why Did You Become A Stylist?
If you became a Stylist for a discount, great! Make sure to create that link as mentioned above and buy from yourself (outside of your VO as a customer) and hook up to that party link. This will help grow your party link amount. If you can get that party link to $1,200 within 60-days, you'll get AT LEAST 30+ sets for free when you close it with a Hostess Order! SO FUN!!!!

Create a Private Facebook/Instagram Group (your VIP Group)
HAVE A NAILIN IT LAUNCH PARTY! Write a post on your personal Facebook/Instagram about how excited you are to sell Color Street and make sure to include that party link that you created in your VO (Virtual Office) so that they can use it to make purchases.
- Tell everyone what Color Street is (assume they know nothing and have never heard of it).
- Tell them that there is a Buy 3 Get 1 Free deal and to put that 4th design/color in their cart before checking out.
- Ask who wants to host a party to get free sets!

Relaunch Your Business
Your Monthly Goal
**If a Stylist has zero sales for six consecutive months, the Stylist will be deactivated.
Tips to sell every month:
Having online or in person parties is essential in growing your business. I try to have 4-6 parties every month.
Take a picture of a set of nails that you have from your kit or that you ordered, and say, “I’ll put these nails in the mail first thing tomorrow to whomever signs up to be a hostess! You pick the date, and I’ll take care of the rest!”
Have incentives if you want!
One month, I mailed a pair of cork earrings to every person from Dec. 1-10 that did the B3G1F deal. I bought them super inexpensively on Amazon. I ended up mailing 31 pairs of earrings, and that did not include any sales I made in my parties.
One month, I mailed out a 5th strip of nails (Tokyo Lights) to the first 9 people that did a B3G1F deal. (Remember, your goal is to sell 9 B3G1F deals to hit QS every month). I did not buy these nails; I ordered these when I closed out my party link. It made over $1,000 in sales and I got to order 31 sets.
One month, I mailed out accent nails (samples/twosies from my kit) to the first 9 people that did a B3G1F deal.
***The main reason to have incentives is so that people will buy from YOU! Not your neighbor, not another person, JUST YOU!!! This is also a great way to become a QS every month. Find something that you can offer that will cost you next to nothing to help you become a QS.
Business Supplies
I use the brown A7 envelopes from Amazon. You can get 100 for less than $16. These will fit the sets easily. I use 1 stamp if I mail 1 set, and 2 stamps if I mail 2 sets. You should never try to mail more than 2 sets at one time in one of these envelopes.
If you search "Color Street Business Cards" on Etsy, you can work with someone to personalize your business card design for as little as $8. I always try to choose business cards that have my information on one side and instructions of how to apply the nails on the other side.
I use Vista Print to print several things: stickers for my sets that I mail, labels for my envelopes that I mail, my business cards that I have created and designed with someone on Etsy, and Thank You cards that I include with all of my mailed sets. You could easily buy Thank You cards from Target or Wal-Mart (and I have done that often), but when Vista Print will advertise 50% off all purchases, I but allllll the things! :)
Jump Start Rewards
Our Jump Start Rewards Program is designed to reward Stylists for building their business right from the start. Earn Product Credit by reaching selling and enrollment goals during your Jump Start period*.
3 MONTH CONSISTENCY REWARD:
$150 USD / $195 CAD Product Credit when you earn all three Sales JS Levels. This doubles your Jump Start Rewards!
ENROLLING JUMP START:
During your Jump Start period, enroll a new Stylist who sells 1000 PV in their first 95 days and earn $50 USD / $65 CAD Product Credit. Earn as many times as you qualify in your Jump Start period (first 95 days).
* Your Join Date is considered “Day 0”. Your Jump Start period is from Join Date through Day 95.
** This Jump Start program applies to Stylists whose Join Date is March 1, 2022 or later.
Compensation Plan
The foundation of your Color Street business is selling products and building a strong customer base – you can earn up to 35% Retail Commissions on your Personal Volume (PV).
Base Retail Commission starts at 15% of your PV. Base Retail Commission is paid in weekly payouts. Example: Jane sells 100 PV in the first week of the month and she gets paid 15%. Jane sells an additional 75 PV in the second week. She would get paid 20% on the 75 PV from the second week since she reached 150 PV, as well as get an additional 5% on the 100 PV from the first week. Jane sells an additional 200 PV in the third week. She would get paid 25% on the 200 PV from the third week since she reached 300 PV for the month, as well as an additional 5% on the 175 PV from the first two weeks.
You can earn an additional 5-10% in Enhanced Retail Commission, paid monthly, based on your Personal Volume for the calendar month.
