Would you like to know more about Padlet?
This 45 min workshop will demonstrate how active learning is a great way to get students to engage better and can be easily implemented with a strategy using technology such as Padlet. Padlet is an online bulletin board that is used to display information. Activities using Padlet helps make teaching more engaging improving student learning outcomes. Presented by: Rachel Stewart-Allan.

3 September 2019, Mentimeter: Opportunities for live group engagement and interactive learning materials. 10am. Everyone Welcome.
This 45 min workshop will introduce the web-based presentation & group engagement tool ‘Mentimeter’. We will explore the diverse audience activity types, along with the ability to embed interactive activities within existing content.
10 September 2019, Adobe Connect: A closer look at breakout rooms and student-centred learning. 10am. Everyone Welcome.

We have workshops that can assist you with effective and efficient assessment feedback!
4 September 2019, Assessment Feedback, How, Why and Where. 1pm, Faculty Arts and Education and Faculty of Science.
This workshop will look at effective and efficient ways to provide assessment feedback to students. Topics will include; how to structure feedback to guide students, using digital platforms to deliver feedback, and how to get students to engage with assessment feedback to improve their work.
