Wish Week
Next week Hamilton Student Government is hosting our third annual “Wish Week”. The Make Wish Foundation grants wishes to children with terminal illnesses and the average wish costs $10,000. This year, our goal is to raise $5,000 and we will do so by selling wish shirts, collecting money at lunches, in classrooms, and at games. These super soft shirts are $12 and will be sold at lunches or at the bookstore. They are black which is perfect for wearing to our game against Chandler- themed “Black Out”. We are also partnering with Chandler High to see who can raise the most money so let’s beat them for the third year in a row and raise money for this great cause! Please consider donating at school, the volleyball game, or the football games.

Career Club
The Careers Club, a new club on campus, has hosted three guest speakers so far this year. The club members have heard from a rocket scientist, a registered nurse, and a vice president of a manufacturing company. Students are learning about different career paths as well as the real world skills needed for success. We are grateful to the adults in our community who have given their time, knowledge, and expertise.
