"Math O" coming soon!

Math O is coming! It will be starting the first week in October and will be taught by Ms Edwards Tuesday mornings at 7:15. There are limited number of spots, so more information to come on the Math O program and how the students will be selected.

The 6th graders have been learning how to adapt to stage fright in drama class. We know that Mr. Gill has to make a lot of speeches to a variety of constituents, so we made him a video of tips - here is a short sample!

Every Shoe has a story

Students in 6th grade history and technology have been writing narratives about themselves and their family history. They used these narratives to choose one or two elements of their life to make a personal artifact using an old shoe and shoe box. Students prototyped designs, critiqued each other’s plans and got messy!
