A Note from Mrs. Cengel/Una Nota de La Sra. Cengel
¿Cómo me inscribo?
¿Qué pasa si tengo preguntas o necesito ayuda?

Greetings Oak Terrace families!
You should have received a letter this week about parent-teacher conferences. Conferences are are an important time to check in with your child's teacher to see how he/she is progressing, ask questions, and find out ways you can support your child's learning.
When are conferences?
Thursday, March 21 from 4:00-8:00
and
Friday, March 22 from 8:00-12:00
How long are conferences?
Conferences are 20 minutes. If you have a child in kindergarten, 1st, or 2nd grade you will meet the homeroom teacher that entire time. If you have a child in 3rd, 4th, and 5th you will meet with the Spanish teacher for 10 minutes and the English teacher for 10 minutes.
How do I sign up?
- Go to the following website: https://ptcfast.com/schools/Oak_Terrace_Elementary_School_1
- Select your child's Homeroom Teacher
- Select one open time slot from the list.
- It's that easy!
NOTE: Parents with children in grades 3-5 should only sign up for one 20 minute slot with their child's Homeroom teacher. Like last time, the teachers will divide up that time so that you will see both teachers for 10 minutes.
What if I have questions or need help?
If you have questions about conferences or the process, contact your child's teacher. If you need help navigating the website to sign up then please come to the OT office during one of the following times:
