Altered States of Consciousness
Occurs when a shift takes place in the quality or pattern of your mental activity.Thoughts may become fuzzy and disorganized and you may feel less alert,Or your thoughts may take bizarre turns,As they so often do in dreams.
Sleep Disorders
Nightmares, Night terrors, Sleepwalking, And being unable to sleep well are examples of sleep disorders.
Sleep Apnea
In which the person stops breathing for nearly 10 seconds or more followed by difficult breathing.
