Fall 2013 : Sept. 3rd - Sept. 13th

Grade Updates

Students and Parents,
I have updated your Personal Fitness grades. Please take a moment to check the gradebook and note any zeros that have been entered for missing work. Remember that assignments must be submitted by the assignment due date indicated on your schedule for full credit.

If you are missing work from the last grading period (Aug. 16th - Aug. 30th), please complete these as soon as possible. Assignments can not be submitted for partial credit after Fri. Sept. 6th.

Weekly Workout Fitness Logs

I have seen some very impressive Fitness Logs thus far. You should all be proud of the improvements to your overall health that you are making everyday by making the time to exercise.
Remember that you must follow the weekly requirements (# and duration of workouts) for your schedule group. They are listed on your schedule each week. Fitness logs only may be submitted by Sunday at midnight.
