Welcome to the FINAL WEEK of the Wellness Challenge. The scores, both team and individual, are so close! This your the time. This is your moment. This is YOURS to take and win. Buckle down for social wellness! This week social wellness tasks are worth double points. Take a teammate or a friend to an event and bask in a shared wellness experience.

As we wrap up the challenge, reflect on your personal improvement goal you set during Week 1. Did you achieve your goal? Did you make progress towards your goal? How can you do your best to reach your goal in the last week?!
