Be a part of something amazing!

You may already know that Tania "The Machine" Baron is my coach. You know who she is....the girl you love to hate in Insanity but absolutely love to LOVE in T25 and CIZE. Throughout my Beachbody journey, I have been very fortunate to work one-on-one with her. In fact, I have been in constant contact with her since I started taking coaching seriously in August. She is an amazing person, and the best motivator I know.

She has asked her personally sponsored coaches to co-host a challenge group with her! Her challenge groups are SO MUCH FUN, and we always get AMAZING results when we work with her! The best part is not that I get to be a part of it…but that YOU DO TOO! I can invite up to 5 people to work with her. Her groups get pretty large so she is trying to keep the numbers manageable. I would love to have some of you join me for this new and exciting journey. Here are a few of the details:

  • When does it start? May 16th
  • How long does it last? 4 weeks
  • What workout are we doing? We will be using the Challenge Du Jour workouts on Beachbody on Demand. This means that we will be working with a different celebrity trainer every day!
  • Where will the workshops take place? For the most part, the workshops will take place through a free app you can download on your phone.

How about a 5K this year?

I used to love running but I felt that my hips and legs had gotten too tight over the years and I sort of gave up on any kind of jogging for fitness. But THEN I tried PiYo! After incorporating the strength moves in PiYo along with the intense stretching of the yoga-inspired workouts, suddenly my gait lengthened and running felt fun again! PiYo is something I encourage everyone to add to their home-gym arsenal. We have a group starting this month and we are following a calendar where you run/jog/walk while alternating with PiYo lower body workouts. Re-teach yourself about healthy portions!

These days we are bombarded with confusing information about what we should and should not be eating. We have also become far too accustomed to consuming enormous portions at each meal. Too much of even the good stuff is just NOT a good thing. The portion-controlled eating plan that was designed to be a part of the 21 Day Fix is an amazing tool. Meet your coach

My name is Sharon Bove. I became a Beachbody coach in April 2014 when I purchased T25 and Shakeology as a challenge pack and signed up for discounts. I never intended to actually coach others until I saw what amazing results I was having from the products. I became so passionate about how Beachbody and Shakeology had changed my life that I decided to commit to helping others achieve the same success.

I am proud to be a wife and mother. My husband has always been a health and fitness expert so now we can share that same passion. We also share a passion for our 3 kids ages 14, 11 and 7. We have 2 rescue dogs that keep us on our toes and keep us smiling!
