The novel, One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest By Ken Kesey, is about a ward of mentally unstable patients. The themes of the book are society's destruction of natural impulses, the importance of expressing sexuality, women as castrators, and the false diagnosis of insanity. One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest is an extraordinary novel that has to do with real life situations. It is not just a book about crazy people. This novel has left a mark on the literature of our time and on everyone who has read it.
