Something To Inspire.....
Something To Make Us Think.....
Still thinking.....
We really want to put a focus on changing how we refer to our kids who are in our special programs. See the snippet below from last week's message:
Let's start with this as our focus for the next week: Walkie-Talkie communication. When needing assistance, let's make a conscious effort to associate a positive connotation to the kids and/or class to whom or which we are referring.
Our Crossing Guard, Ms. Sissy Simpson
Our sweet crossing guard, Sissy Simpson, is facing some health issues. Sissy has been crossing OSE and McKamy kiddos for over 20 years. She will be having a procedure this week; however, , she does not have insurance and paying for this procedure and anything else that follows is going to be a struggle, if even possible at all. Together with McKamy we are going to do a Hat Day this Friday. It was sent out to parents in my newsletter this evening. Please post it on your class websites as well. Hopefully, what we raise can relieve a little of the financial burden for her.
SOMETHING TO MAKE US LAUGH.....
This Is OSE.....
