Red Ribbon Week Fun

This week has been so much fun as we've celebrated Red Ribbon Week and making the right decision to not use drugs. We started the week in red and continued with crazy hair, boot wearing, going back in time and thinking about the future. Thank you to City Police Chief Hunt for visiting our school on Wednesday and talking with our students about drugs. We hope you remember all that you've learned and the fun you've had being DRUG FREE! Stay safe and healthy.

KAES students make the decision to follow Jesus and are baptized together.

Congratulations to Alexander, Christopher and Zury Rivas. They made the decision to follow Jesus and be baptized. Last Saturday among many family and friends, these brothers and sisters were baptized by Pastor Ibuado, associate pastor of the Keene Spanish Church. We are so proud of you! Continue to rely on Jesus!

We Welcome Mrs. Lisa Turk to KAES

This week Mrs. Lisa Turk accepted the position of treasurer for KAES. Mrs. Turk moved to our community this past summer from Collegedale, TN with her husband who teaches at SWAU in the business department. She has served in Adventist education in various capacities; from being a teacher's aid to school accounting. Please take a moment to welcome Mrs. Turk to KAES.

Gymnasium continues forward

Keep watching our gym. Drywall inside and paint on the outside should be completed this week. Outside AC units are being installed and preparations are being made to install the plywood walls around the lower area in the gymnasium space.
