News to know...
Dear Stoller Families,
We have been receiving several calls regarding pm pick up time and bad parking/ stopping/ standing waiting for students in the neighborhood west of school. Please follow all parking rules when picking up students in adjacent neighborhoods. Please wait in your car at a legal curb spot. It is not legal to block driveways, and it is not safe to stop in the road to have your student "just quickly jump in the car." Thank you for your attention to these concerns, and please remember to always be respectful of our families who live next to the Stoller campus.
Additionally, please know that Laidlaw is a very dangerous road to cross if not using the crosswalks. We direct all students to always use the crosswalks at Skycrest and Laidlaw. We ask students to NOT cross Laidlaw in the front of the school - due to the multiple cars crossing and no crosswalk thus making this crossing dangerous. We appreciate your support in sharing the same message with your children.
Thank You - Stoller Administration
Congratulations Mithra Karamchedu!

Winners will be named on October 24th in Washington, DC, after the finalists compete in a rigorous competition that will test their abilities in STEM, critical thinking, communication, creativity, and collaboration.

Talented and Gifted (TAG)
Last Reminder...
Every year all students are considered for identification as Talented and Gifted in the Beaverton School District. If you think your child might exhibit qualities that place him/her in the 97th percentile for their age, you may wish to complete a Parent Information Form (located in the front office). This form is based on the Kingore Observation Inventory that is used by classroom teachers in the fall for a six-week period of time. Completing this form does not guarantee that your child will be tested; it gives the TAG committee
additional information in the nomination process. Parents will be notified regarding testing eligibility, and the required permission forms will be sent to parents prior to our November testing dates.
