Employee of the Month

Meet Estie!

Estie has been with Arc for many years, starting in child care and now at The HERO House. Estie has many great qualities, but of her strongest are that she is hard working, conscientious, organized, and forward thinking. She is always trying to think of new ideas and ways to make improvements at The HERO House. She is dependable and can always be counted on to "do the right thing" when it comes to our members. We are so lucky to have her on staff here at The HERO House!

The Arc of Wichita County is dedicated to serving our community, but we wouldn't be successful without incredible employees like Estie stepping up to the plate on a daily basis.
