Islam is a monotheistic religion that believes in the god of Abraham. The followers are called Muslims. The key beliefs are going to the mosque on Friday's. The six major beliefs are the belief Allah, belief in Angels, belief in the holy books, belief in prophets, belief in the day of judgement, and the belief in predestination. The sacraments for Islam is the five pillars of faith which are Shahadah, Salah, Zakat, Saum, and Hajj. The place of worship is a mosque and the worship leader is an Imam, also the holy book is call the Quran. A special holiday is Ramadan, which is a fast on the ninth month for one whole month and is celebrated because its the month the Quran was brought down. Eid El Fitr, new moon at the end of Ramadan where Muslims pray and receive gifts. The holy places are Jerusalem which is located in Israel and Mecca in Saudi Arabia.
