Field Day Volunteer Forms have gone home with your students!!

We need lots and lots of volunteers to make this fun day a success!!

You must have a current background check to volunteer.

Students will have an opportunity to visit the book fair with their classes to preview the materials and make purchases starting Friday, May 13. The fair hours are Monday through Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 19, the fair will be open all day from 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. On Friday, the fair will close at 2:00 p.m. When you send money with your student, be sure to send enough for the 8.25% sales tax that we are required to charge. Thank you for your support of reading and the Shady Brook library.

Pre-Registration for 2016 - 2017

It would be our pleasure to have your child in HEB's Extended Day Academy. Our after-school program supports district curriculum, encourages social interaction skills, and provides a time of structured play. Hours are 3PM - 6PM with a monthly tuition of $160 per child.

Medication in the Clinic

If your child has medication left at school, we would like for you or a designated adult to pick up the medication before the end of the school year.

Medication may be picked up on or before: May 25th

Medication that is left at school after the last day of class will be destroyed per district policy.
