Notes from the Principal
Dear Parents,
I would like to wish all of our Patterson families a happy Thanksgiving week. Thanksgiving is a time for family and friends. I hope you take the opportunity to spend this week with the ones you love. This is also a time for our staff and students to recharge their batteries as we get ready for the last month of school before the end of the 2022 calendar year.
The academic year has gotten off to a busy start, and it is hard to believe that December is just around the corner. Teachers have been busy implementing routines and expectations for their classrooms and students. It has been nice reintroducing many of the programs that we have missed the last couple of years like the Veterans program and classroom parties. We had a great turnout for parent teacher conferences, which was astounding. To have 97% of our families take part in conferences just shows the dedication and commitment that this community has.
I feel incredibly honored to work each day with this amazing staff. I am impressed by their daily commitment to offer the best education possible to all of our students.
Have a safe and healthy Thanksgiving break!
Yours in Education,
Jake Haynes
