When lifting, it is important to follow these steps to ensure the safety of your back:
1.Place your feet shoulder-width apart, with one foot slightly ahead of the other
2. SQUAT down, bending at the hips and knees only. Do not bend down!
3. Keep good posture, looking straight ahead and keeping your back straight with a slight arch in the lower back
4. Slowly lift, straightening your hips and knees, not your back
5. Hold the object close to your body, about level with your bellybutton
