Protein helps with your growth and development. Some proteins contain essential amino acids. Complete Protein contains ALL essential amino acids. Incomplete Protein contain SOME essential amino acids. Vegetarians and Vegans are they ones that have to watch what they eat when it comes to Protein because of the essential amino acids. They have to eat incomplete Protein. Protein can help take away unwanted pounds but still help you keep your belly full. Its important to eat the right amount and the right kind of protein to get health benifits.


Dariy foods like milk, cheese, and yogurt are excellent sources of protein and they also contain valuable calcuim and many are fortified with vitamin D. Eggs are one of the least expinsive forms of protein.These are all great sorces of protein because it helps your alot. Lots of athleats have protein drinks after they work out or play. Protein helps energyize you as well.
