This week as been the best week of the school year! Thank you to our entire Kumeyaay community for making it a success. Our teachers and students are overjoyed to be at school, working, learning, and playing together, safely. Our online learners have been patient and understanding this week. We are grateful for this grace as we fine tune technology and scheduling for all students.

I extend special gratitude to all families for brining your children to school well-prepared for check-in and with everything our students need during the day. Our parent check-in volunteers have been an incredible support for this process. Thank you! Thank you!

The Kumeyaay Foundation works year-round at raising donations to fund our Music, Physical Education, and Fine Artists programs. Each school year, we start fresh at raising the necessary funds. Due to COVID-19, it has been nearly impossible to fundraise since March 2020, meaning that some of our fundraising events did not happen. We are in good shape to support the school for this coming fall, but we urge you, if you are able, to support our Foundation so that we can ensure our ongoing support for the coming academic year and beyond.
