Internet Resource Permission Form

Be law, schools are required to acquire permission from families in order for their student to gain access to Internet based or electronic educational resources. Because of this, you should find a permission form in your students Thursday folder. Stating that you give your permission does not relieve our responsibility of guiding and monitoring your student as they navigate through educational resources. If you should have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to Debbie Alexander-483-2242 X 31 or

Thank you to the Pittsford Recreation department for hosting. Thank you to all the families that decorated trunks! And thank you to Gecha Fuels, Lake Sunapee Bank, Alison Rogers, and Margaret Daly for donating candy. Also VT Honey Company for donating honey sticks. See you next year!

Kindergarten Goes to Winslow Farm

On a damp afternoon in October, Kindergarten students put on boots and pulled up hoods and headed into the pumpkin fields at Winslow Farm. During the tour, students learned about the life cycle of a pumpkin from Andrea Winslow. Students also enjoyed a yummy snack of energy balls they'd made at school and played Squirrels and Trees in the barn. The Winslows generously gave each student their own pumpkin to take home. They followed up with a Pumpkin Investigation of attributes and measurement in the classroom before bringing the pumpkins home.
