define flexibility
flexibility is the ability of the joints to move through their full range of motion.
the benfits of being flexible is being able to move quick and fast to do cuts and other quick movements such as playing any sport or doing dynamic and static stretches
dynamic strech
during this movement you want to bring the opposite hand to opposite fingertips while walking ahead for example the right hand to the left toe this is to feel a stretch in the thigh and the spine.
static streching
quad stretch is when you pull your foot to your butt one at a time holding it with the either your same hand as foot or opposite
every collage team does a dynamic or static strech before or after their activity
every collage team for ever sport doe some type of dynamic and static stech before or after their activty
how do you improve flexiblity?
to improve your flexibility you have o do dynamic and stratic stretches 3 to 5 times a week and for 19 to 30 second holds on the static stretches
