We have had to postpone this trip until June as the Brantry, like many restaurants, is having staffing problems.
This award winning restaurant has built its reputation on top quality New Zealand cuisine that is unique to them. It's perfect to spoil yourself or your loved one on Valentine's day!
The Brantry restaurant is run by the well-known Taupo sisters, Prue and Felicity Campbell. Prue Campbell is an experienced chef who also spent time training overseas. She has won a number of Beef and Lamb Cuisine Awards, has received an even higher honour with selection as one of five top chefs in New Zealand and was named as a Beef and Lamb Ambassador.
Felicity, who also spent time overseas in the industry, runs the front of house with a very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming team.
