Thank You!

Our Annual Toy & Bargain Bike Sale was a great success last weekend. Thanks to everyone who shared their gently used toys with us, to all who helped to sort, price, and organize toys, worked the sale, or helped us break down the sale. If you bought toys with us, thank you for supporting our BGS community. Lastly, thanks to our superstar co-chairs, Michele Fitzgerald and Madeline Patterson, for all of their dedication organizing the event!

Barnes & Noble Night Continues

Thanks to everyone who joined us at Barnes & Noble night. Special thanks to Briana George, Kate Sabella & Cynthia Thompson for co-chairing the event!

Visit BN.COM/bookfairs to support us online from 12/13/19 to 12/16/19 by entering Bookfair ID 12578456 at checkout. A percentage of your Barnes & Noble purchases will benefit Bradley Gardens School PTO.

Help Urgently Needed

Our Holiday Shop, running Dec. 16-18 during the school day, still needs some helping hands. Our younger shoppers need some more assistance staying in budget and picking out gifts and we only have 1-2 helpers signed up so far. Our signup list has the class names besides each slot - you can sign up here: https://atozconnect.com/cls/events?ptee8326

Classes that could urgently use more volunteers include:

  • Dec. 16 - Mrs. Rose (AM) at 10 AM, Mrs. McNulty & Mrs. Fornaro (11 AM -Noon),
  • Dec. 17 - Mrs. Hudock & Ms. O'Donnell (9-10 AM), Mrs. Corrales (PM) and Mrs. Bohen (10-11 AM), Mrs. Maciolek & Mrs. Corrales (PM) (Noon - 1 PM), Mrs. Tiberio & Mrs. Lavroff (1-2 PM)

We provide a list of volunteers in advance to the school for security purposes, so if you're not on the list, you won't be able to enter. If you're having issues with sign-up, contact bgsptodirectory@gmail.com.

Crafts with Frosty & Kids' Holiday Shop

We're kicking off the holiday season with a new twist on two favorite events. Join us Saturday, Dec. 14 from 9 AM - 12 PM for our Holiday Extravaganza where we combine Crafts with Frosty & our Holiday Shop.

Stop by any time that morning to:

  • Do small holiday crafts, play games and take pictures with Frosty to get in the holiday spirit. Crafts with Frosty will be located in the Gym.
  • Check out our Kids' Holiday Shop. We'll be open for a special preview sale so that you can help your kids shop for gifts for friends and family. Gifts include mugs, jewelry, toys and more, including special gifts for Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa and all the special people in your child's life. The Holiday Shop will be located in the Computer Room. Cash, check or charge will be accepted.

See you there!

In School Shopping for the Holiday Shop

Our usual in-school Holiday Shop hours will be Monday, Dec. 16 - Wednesday, Dec. 18. Envelopes were sent home in backpack mail this week. We encourage you to fill out the envelope and talk with your child about how to spend their budget. You can send them with cash or checks made payable to BGS PTO.

We invite you to check out our Holiday Shop Catalog attached below. View it with your children so that they have some ideas of gifts they might like to purchase. We encourage you to pick out a few items, as inventory changes throughout the day and their first choice may not be available.

If you'd like to help classes shop or help us breakdown the shop, please be sure to signup here: https://atozconnect.com/cls/events?ptee8326

Spirit Wear Update

We know you're all anxious to get your new spirit wear. Our Spirit Wear team let us know that our vendor is finishing up our Tie-Dye shirts and then the order will be on its way to us. We're keeping our fingers crossed that they arrive before the holidays! Once it arrives, it will be sent home with your student.

Shop AmazonSmile for the Holidays
