Brain Hemisphere

I am most comfortable while using both sides of my brain. That means that think about from part to whole and whole to part, processes things in order and randomly, and sees things in reality but also wants to change reality.

Decision Making

Behavioral Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, action orientated, and are motivated be acceptance by peers. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as too concerned about others, can't say no, and wishy-washy. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well-designed, people oriented collegial settings.

Blue #1

While Listening I focus on more than just the words. I watch tone and body language to try and decide how I feel about the speaker. If I feel the speaker is sincere then the message will be heard. The way I communicate is Personal, I express emotion while communicating, I say things in a polite and mannerly order, and I am indirect. It frustrates me when people are negative, cause conflict, and are rude.
