Principal's Newsletter
From the Desk of Ms. Clark
October 17, 2019
Dear Parents,
"Clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other. Above all, clothe yourself with love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony." (Colossians 3:12-14)
This scripture passage reminds us that some times we need to take a small step back from all the busyness in which we are involved and from harsh thoughts and hasty judgments of others. Let Jesus clothe us with His love and grant us the grace to be truly kind and caring to all!
Our school mission is to form Catholic leaders. We are committed to educating the “whole” child: spiritually, academically, socially, and physically. We always encourage our students to live by the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” We work hard to promote good manners in the classrooms, hallways, lunchroom, and the schoolyard. By promoting good manners, we teach our students respect and kindness.
We work in partnership with you, the parents who are the students’ first teachers. “Research has proven that when parents and teachers work together, everyone benefits: students tend to earn higher grades, perform better on tests, attend school more regularly, have better behavior, and show more positive attitudes toward themselves and toward school.”
As always, we thank you for your commitment to our school and its mission! Let us make a special effort to be more aware of God’s presence in our daily lives and pray for the grace to follow Him more closely. As we journey together, let us pray for one another!
God’s blessings,
Ms. Clark

Healthy Hands, Healthy Heart
Fall is here, and with the cool breeze comes the unfortunate cold and flu! If your child is sick, please keep him or her home. Please remind your child to always remember to wash his or her hands. Studies have proven that hand washing (next to the flu shot) is the BEST way to avoid colds and flu. A healthy diet and sleep also keep your immune system going, so be sure that your child gets plenty of rest!
Student Safety First
Please enter the morning drop-off car line with caution. The morning drop off is an express line; parents may not stop and get out of their cars. Students must exit from the PASSENGER SIDE only. Students MUST be ready to exit the car once pulling into the car line drop-off in order to eliminate back-up traffic. DO NOT DRIVE OUT OF THE CAR LINE. PLEASE WAIT FOR THE LINE TO MOVE SLOWLY TO EXIT.
If you need to bring your child into the school building, you MUST park your car in the front of the school and enter through the main school entrance. You must report to the office. No cars are permitted to park or idle in front of the school in the fire lane.
Late Arrivals
Please make every effort to get your child to school on time. This teaches our students respect and courtesy along with an understanding of the importance of being on time. When a child is late, it disrupts the morning routines of the classroom and often the child becomes overwhelmed.
