Principal's Report
Welcome to Week 3.
This week has been a very active one with the Sports Activator here on Monday, Room 3 participating in a futsal tournament on Tuesday and Cross Country on Wednesday.
All of the children have been practicing hard for cross country and it was fantastic to have parents able to come along and support the effort that the children have put in for this event. Although it was chilly, it was a great morning out.
With all of these terrible bugs floating around, please make sure you send your children with a jacket and hat. Although it is chilly, we encourage the children to be outside getting fresh air and have regular oustide "brain breaks" throughout the day. By having 'fresh air breaks', children are able to be more focused and feel brighter.
As we know, winter bugs are still around. Therefore, it is important that we continue to be diligent with our hygiene practices and monitor ourselves and our students for signs of illness. Students and staff who are unwell need to stay away from school to avoid spreading their illness to others.
Have a fabulous and restful weekend
