Heart Disease
It is noticed that around 300,000 Australians are living and dealing with heart failure. Every year around 30,000 Australians are unfortunately diagnosed with this disease.
Heart failure is caused when the muscle surrounding the heart is too weak to pump blood around the body. This can result in blood blocking up the arteries behind the heart. The lungs and other body tissue, can swell up. This is called, oedema. Somebody experiencing this can feel, tired, and short of breath. And the swelling can be seen in their legs or ankles.
Cardiovascular Disease
Cardiovascular Disease has a lot to do with the cardiovascular system. Which is responsible for transporting nutrients around the body and to remove waste from the body. Age also can increase the disease even if your an average healthy human being. Cardiovascular disease effects many people world wide and causes many deaths.
What Should I Eat?
Cardiovascular disease can effect many foods you may want to eat but can no longer.
Risk Factors:
- Saturated and Trans fat can increase high blood cholesterol and may cause a heart attack.
- If you are facing obesity that means you have a diet high in fat that can be a big risk factor if you are battling a heart disease.

- Oily Fish such as Mackerel, Sardines and Tuna.
- Vegetables Oils
- Fruit and Vegetables
- Nuts and Seeds
- etc.

- The disease affects 1 in 3 Australians
- This prevents people living a full life because of disability caused by the disease.
