Hello Friday Wolverines,
As the number of Covid-19 cases increase due to the Omicron variant, it is highly encouraged that students arrive on campus each day wearing a mask. Have a great weekend!
A few reminders:
- No lunch visitors or campus visitors at this time
- All students arriving on campus after 8:10 a.m. must be signed in by an adult.
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Students wanting breakfast in the morning should arrive prior to 8:00 a.m.
- As temperatures start to get cooler, please remember to label all jackets with your student's first and last name.

Birthday Treats
Store bought cupcakes or cookies are allowed in schools in keeping with established protocols regarding packaging, food handling, adequate supplies for classmates, and accommodations for students with allergies. Only cupcakes or cookies are allowed for birthdays. Balloons, party favors, gift bags, ice cream nor sheet cakes are allowed. Parents must bring in the cupcakes or cookies and complete the district nutrition form. Birthday celebrations are held the last 15 minutes of the instructional day.

Transportation Changes
When your child has a transportation change, please email your child's teacher, our campus ADA and our district aide. All transportation changes must be made by 2:00 p.m.

Please Complete Your 21-22 Meal Application
FREE AND REDUCED MEAL PROGRAM
To receive free or reduced priced meals in the current school year, your child(ren) must have a current school year approved meal application or current school year Direct Approval/Certification Notice on file in the Child Nutrition Department even if they were approved for meal benefits in the previous school year.
Parents and Guardians are responsible for any charges incurred by their children in the cafeteria. This includes the meal charges while applications are being processed for meal benefits until they are approved.
It is important to include all household members and students on the application even if they choose not to participate in the program.Free and Reduced Benefits.Students and families may receive discounted fees for various programs at school and home. The District also receives more grant money and funding for students based on the number of students approved for free and reduced-price meals. Every family can assist our District and your child’s campus by completing a Free and Reduced meal application each school year.

Due to COVID-19, Child Nutrition is unable to assist families in person to complete the meal benefits application at this time. Families can access the online application from any computer or tablet, or they can download the School Café App from Apple Apps Store or Google Play Store to a smart phone.
