IN THE MORNING: ANY STUDENTS DROPPED OFF, WITHOUT AN ADULT, BEFORE 7:05 MUST WAIT INSIDE THE BUILDING FOR SAFETY PURPOSES.
WE WILL NOT BE DISMISSING STUDENTS FROM THE OFFICE AFTER 2:00. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 2:00, PLEASE GO THROUGH THE CARLINE OR WAIT UNTIL THE CARLINE IS FINISHED.
AT DISMISSAL: IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR CHILD IN A CAR, YOU MUST PARK AT A NUMBERED SIGN.
YOU MAY NOT PARK IN ONE OF THE LOTS OR ON THE STREET AND WALK UP TO THE FRONT DOOR.
IF YOU ARE PICKING UP IN A CAR, PLEASE DO NOT GET OUT OF THE CAR. OUR STAFF WILL LOAD YOUR STUDENTS INTO CARS.
IF YOU ARE WALKING HOME WITH YOUR STUDENT, YOU MAY WAIT BY THE BLUE PICNIC BENCH OR THE GRASSY AREAS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
WE WANT TO MAKE SURE STUDENTS AND PARENTS ARE SAFE AS WELL AS KEEP THAT AREA CLEAR FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.

Watkins Night @ The Springfield Cardinals

- Each Watkins student will receive 2 tickets
- Families may purchase additional tickets at $2 off the normal price by calling
- Tickets will be sent home with the students on Thursday, May 25th
- Please make note that The Springfield Cardinals are a cashless venue (cards only) and they do have a clear bag policy. Only clear bags, medical bags or diaper bags (with accompanying baby) will be allowed, in addition to a small clutch (5”x9”).
- Parking across the street has been lowered to $10, and there are still options for $5 (Price Cutter, Jordan Valley Ice Park, businesses to the West along Sherman Ave.) or Free (OTC or Walnut Street).
- Outside food and drink will not be allowed into the stadium, with the exception of one unopened bottle of water (20oz) per person.

Student Device Fees:
Starting this week, students will begin being charged student device fees. Below are the device fee items and the charges associated. Librarians should follow the Student Device Fee Process referenced in the Library Tech Support Handbook.

For those that have any medications in the nurse’s office (daily meds, OTC meds, inhalers, epi pens, etc.) please pick them up by a RESPONSIBLE ADULT ONLY no later than 3:30pm on the last day of school, Thursday May 25th or THEY WILL BE DISCARDED! Picking them up before your child is dismissed at 1220 is greatly appreciated.
It has been a GREAT year!! Be safe outside, use the buddy system. Wear your helmets when riding your bike. Be safe near the swimming pools, lakes and rivers. Wear sun protection and a life jacket! Most IMPORTANTLY…. Have lots of FUN!!!
