Principles of Biomedical Science
8th Science Elective
Hello and welcome to Principles of Biomedical Science!
This science elective is designed to help students explore the field of biomedical science.
Within this course students will be using a variety of different strategies to learn about the human body. They will also be taught the importance of cells, tissues, organs and organ systems, how to think like a scientist and even a doctor as they explore the human body and investigate the effects of illness and disease.
This course will be challenging but also hopefully enjoyable and beneficial to students as they learn about human anatomy. Please make sure your student is prepared for class and completes all assignments, projects and labs. Also please let me know if extra support is needed. I am here to help!
