April 10 2020
Hello Willink Families,
For families celebrating Easter I hope you find ways to enjoy this holiday weekend. As we complete what would have been the spring recess, it was difficult for many of us to look out the window at snow flurries this morning. At least the sun is out now and I hope the weekend provides some opportunities for students and families to get outside.
As we move into next week, we are planning to post the Morning Show/Titan TV on Tuesdays. As with student classes, we will monitor and adjust as we go forward to see what works best as schools remain closed.
I anticipate sharing some updates on instruction before the end of next week but please continue to let us know if you are experiencing any barriers to accessing learning content or if you have any questions. I want to thank you again for the many communications that have come in both keeping us connected and providing feedback as we move through new territory.
As we continue, we would still ask that students check their emails once a day. Teachers will continue to reach out through district approved technology and daily check-ins will help students and staff stay connected. This may be a new habit for many students and, along with other emerging needs, we want to know if your child(ren) is new to email and may need any help in using it as a form of communication.
I also hope you can take a minute to click on the twitter link for a glimpse of the Webster CSDs vision in action as well as a look at students across our 11 buildings.
Looking forward to what the next week will bring and hope to see our students and families soon.
Take care,
-Brian.
