Wild Rose PTO
Message from the Health Office
Dear Parents:
It’s hard to believe there is only a few weeks of school left. This is a reminder that you will need to come to school to pick up your child’s medication by the last day of school, Friday May 26 by 2:45 PM. Those medications that are not picked up at the end of the year will be disposed of. Per D303 policy, we are not able to keep medication here over the summer for reuse in the fall. Students may not transport any daily medications or over-the-counter medications. All medications would have to be picked up by a parent or adult designee with the parent’s permission.
Thinking ahead to next school year, if your child had medication or physician orders or action plans in the health office, your child will need a new form completed for the 2023-24 school year. If you are in need of any of the asthma, allergy, seizure, or medication authorization forms, the forms can be found at:
Please call the health office with any questions. Forms can be emailed to amy.julien@d303.org, faxed, or dropped off to the main office.
Thank you and have a wonderful summer!

If your child vomits, has diarrhea, a fever of 100 or higher, or has redness with drainage from the eyes, he/she needs to stay home. Eyes should be evaluated by a doctor and if confirmed pink eye, they need to be on antibiotic drops for 24 hours prior to returning to school. For vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever, they need to be home 24 hours symptom free before returning to school.
Please return any borrowed clothes from the health office.
