FPS TEXT MESSAGES UPDATE
In early May, we started utilizing text messaging to families through our school messaging system. At the time, we sent out a form to fill out if anyone had issues or did not receive that initial text message. Thank you to all the parents that filled out the form.
After investigating why there were some issues, we worked with our vendor to resolve the majority of issues on the backend and also made it so our families do not have to reply with “Y” to that initial message. Therefore, no further action needs to take place from parents. As school starts back up in the fall, please make sure to verify we have your cell phone numbers correctly entered during the Back-To-School Online Check-In process you will complete for your child sometime in August. We will send a first message after school starts in September and shore up any issues at that time. And please note, anytime we send a time-sensitive message, we will also send a phone call and email so parents and guardians should not miss an important message.
COVID-19 UDATES
We continue to ask families to please be diligent in keeping your children home when they are experiencing symptoms or are sick. Please continue to report any symptoms or sickness through the online absence reporting form process.
- As a reminder, click here for more information about testing available in the District and the community if you need it.

NEW SPEAK UP SPEAK OUT FORM
The District has joined “Speak Up Speak Out Wisconsin” for threat or incident reporting. This takes the place of our previous “StopIt” reporting form. Click on this link to view the new form. You will notice as you start typing the name of your school, the choices for schools narrows so you can select your school. By selecting your school, this report goes to the principal or local law enforcement when needed.
