Things You Should Know
Resident Life Staff
As your primary resource for any concerns that arise, first contact your Resident Assistants in your house. His or her contact information is posted on the house bulletin board. Resident Assistants (RAs) live within and lead the community of each house at Penndel (A, B, D, E, F, G).
The RAs in each house are as follows:
A-House: Josh Tuttle
B-House: Julie Martin
E-House: Danielle Coscia
F-House: Peter Lepera
G-House: Serlin Koshy
Penndel is also staffed with a Hall Coordinator, Christa Joy Ciotta, and a full-time Resident Director, Evan Curry. Evan and his family live in apartment C5; however, if you need to meet with Evan about a non-urgent concern, contact the Office of Student Life to set up an appointment.
The C-House Lounge is equipped with a fully-functional kitchen, lounge furniture, a cable-equipped large screen TV, and a fitness area. The C-House lounge is located in C1, the door at the bottom of the steps on the right.
The G-House Lounge is equipped with a fully-functional kitchen, group tables for eating and games, a cable-equipped TV, and a group study/meeting room in the rear. The G-House lounge is located in G1, the door at the bottom of the steps on the right.
Lounges are closed between 1:00-5:00 AM.
Fire Evacuation Meeting Area
In the event of a fire, or fire drill, Penndel residents should gather in the parking area at the corner of Durham Road and Robins Avenue (at the entrance of Penndel).

Evan is excited about working alongside his Resident Assistants in discovering creative ways to see Penndel residents become more engaged in university life. Evan is a native of Northeast Philadelphia, enjoys drinking coffee, reading theology, and cheering for the Phillies, Eagles, and Manchester United.
