A Message from Mr. Garrett

Good afternoon Mustang families,

I hope you found a way to make this a great week. I know this week has brought some difficult news for some and added stress to a number of our students. I shared this week with a few staff members that when I felt one of my own boys were wronged or they had to go through a difficult situation, it of course hurt me as a parent to see my own child struggle. As a parent not being able to control a situation to help your child grow is very difficult to say the least.

I understand words are cheap but I hope those of you that know me well understand that I feel for you and I will do whatever I can to support you and your son or daughter.

If you would like to pick up the phone and share frustrations, I will be available for you. If you need myself, Mr. Stucky or a counselor to begin a weekly check in-check out system with your son or daughter, please let me know. It may not fix everything but I do want your son or daughter to know that I'm thinking of them and will do whatever I can to support them socially, emotionally and academically.

We Are Mustang Strong!
