Message from the Principal
Remote learning can be difficult for all involved, but just like learning to ride a bike, after some falls, we get back up, and in no time, it becomes natural.
We are focused on making MHS an exemplar for other schools on how to do this best. We can not do this without your help. Please communicate with us any time there is a problem.
Together, we will look back at this unique experience without -- just like riding a bike -- a memory of falls.
How Parents/Guardians Can Support Their Student(s)
- Check PowerSchool regularly.
- Help your student(s) establish a routine.
- Communicate with your student's teachers.
- Be supportive of your student(s).
- Be understanding of the pressures associated with remote learning.
- Connect with Tech Support when there are issues (see contact information below).
Be resourceful by checking Google Classroom and Power School, attending IT, using resources posted on Google Classroom, reading teacher feedback, and asking questions.
Be responsible by arriving to Google Meet sessions and submitting assignments on time.

Intervention Time (IT)
IT has begun, and students should be checking the schedule each day.
First Period - Mondays, Thursdays from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.
Second Period - Mondays, Thursdays from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m.
Third Period - Tuesdays, Fridays from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.
Fourth Period - Tuesdays, Fridays from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m.
