We can't wait for Monday, August 1st to welcome everyone back for a great year!

The doors for students open at 7:05 am. The tardy bell rings at 7:50 am. Students must be in their classrooms by 7:50.

Dismissal begins at 2:05 with bus riders. Carpool will begin at approximately 2:15. We will dismiss walkers once carpool is finished.

Please remember that only students and staff are entering the building for the first two weeks of school, including the first day. There will be staff assigned to all parts of the school building helping our students to get to exactly where they need to be the first week!

As staff and students begin the school year, developing a safe and orderly school environment is a top priority.

For the first two weeks of school, from August 1st - August 12th, our school is closed to visitors as we establish and reteach rules and routines for the school day. After this period, we will be open for volunteers that are prearranged with teachers.

Transportation Change

A request for your child to go home a different way other than normal must be submitted in writing. Phone calls, emails or fax requests are not acceptable since verifying the identity of the caller is difficult. If you need to change your child's dismissal to going to ASP during the day, please call the front office. Please remember that ID is required for any students checkout both from school and ASP.

**At this time, CCSD does not accept guest bus riders. Children who ride buses are to ride only the bus to which they have been assigned. Please contact the front office if you have an emergency.

Checking Out Early

Student checkouts must be completed by 1:45 p.m. on regular school days and 11:45 a.m. on early release days. It is important that the 1:45 deadline is enforced as the front office staff begins dismissal procedures at 1:45 p.m. Various reports are run which need to be distributed before 2:00 p.m. Identification will be checked for all student dismissals. Students will be released only to those authorized in ParentVue.
