Direct Deposit
A Direct Deposit Authorization form must be completed to make any change to an existing direct deposit account.
- A voided check or a letter from the banking institution must be attached to the Direct Deposit Authorization form.
- If supporting documentation is not attached, the employee’s check will be held until the supporting documentation is received.
- The first check following the change in direct deposit will result in a paper check and will be paid on the last working day of the month.
- All paper checks must be picked up at the Central Office on the last working day of the month.
- The employee must present a form of picture identification to receive his/her check.
Upcoming Dates to Remember
November pay dates are as follows:
Direct deposit will be available on Thursday, November 21 and paper checks will be will be available for pick up at the Central Office on Friday, November 22.
December pay dates are as follows:
Direct deposit will be available on Thursday, December 19 and paper checks will be available for pick up at the Central Office on Friday, December 20.

W4, A4 and Direct Deposit Authorization forms have been removed from the EForms online website. If changes are needed for any of these forms, the forms are available at all TCS locations and are available at the Central Office front desk, Payroll and Human Resources.
