“Action!” Called The Director of The 1955 Golden Globe Award Winning Movie The Seven Year Itch. The Movie Starred One Of Americas Most Famous People Of All Time Marilyn Monroe. Marilyn was a major symbol in gender equality due to her many starring roles in commercially successful movies such as The Seven Year Itch and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. I think Marilyn Monroe was a very influential person in Americas history.

Marilyn was born June 1, 1926, Los Angeles California Soon after Birth She Spent time in an orphanage because sadly her mom was mentally ill And spent a lot of time in an asylum. Thanks To a Couple of Magazine Covers She Had Landed A role in The 1948 Block Buster Movie Scudda-Hoo! Scudda-Hay! She had got a Role in The Movie All about Eve (1950) this movie got her a contract with Fox Entertainment and A lot Of Recognition. After This She Hit It Big With Gentleman Prefer Blondes (1953) and How to Marry A Millionaire (1953). Marilyn Studied with Lee Strasberg at the actors’ Studio and in the 1955 movie The Seven Year Itch She Emerged as a Talented Comedian. . In 1962 She Began Filming the Comedy something’s got to Give. But She Was Often Absent from Set Due To Illness.Soon after in 1962 she died of a Sleeping Pill Overdose.
