Have you ever pulled a muscle? Well if you have you know it hurts unbelivablely bad! It feels like You ripped your muscle in half. technically thats exactly what it is. Just a little off it is not "ripped in half" its just a slight tear.

Some people are intrested in competing to see who has stronger muscles. This is called a man strong contest. It is to test who has more sturdy or strong muscles. It is also very dangeroud to cpmpete. You must neeed lots of practice.

A strong heart can pump more efficiently. you add exercise into your daily schedule, you are helping to control or reduce your risk for stroke and heart disease, which are the leading cause of death in the United States. One of the best exercises you can do for your heart is erobic exersize or cardio and it uses oxygen to meet energy demands.

To keep your muscles healthy:

  2. streatch before activitys.
  3. your diet is also very important.
