Your heart is the most important muscle in your body and like any muscle, it needs exercise to make it stronger. A strong heart can pump more efficiently. you add exercise into your daily schedule, you are helping to control or reduce your risk for stroke and heart disease, which are the leading cause of death in the United States. One of the best exercises you can do for your heart is erobic exersize or cardio and it uses oxygen to meet energy demands.
whats a muscle
Muscle tissue functions mainly as a source of power and motion in the body. Muscles' main responsibility is for changing or maintaining posture, locomotion, and movement of internal organs. The human body has about 650 muscles, which make up approximately half our bodyweight. All muscles are basically made of the same material, a kind of elastic tissue; packages of stretchable fiber-like material, similar to what goes into making a rubber band.
how to keep muscles healthy
To keep your muscles healthy:
- warm up before activitys.
- streatch before activitys.
- your diet is also very important.
- stay hydrated.
