September: Authentic Learning and Assessment: How to Move Away from the Traditional Activities and Tests

This mini-course looks at the similarities and difference of PBL and gives a clear process for creating a project with your students.) Woodridge District 68 I.U. Information
How many Internal University Credits will I receive if I attend this course for credit?
- 3 internal university credits will be presented to all who successfully complete the course requirements. A reflection will also be required (information TBD).
What is the cost for those who want to attend for I.U. credit?
- $110 per person per credit (3 credits for 48 seat hours = $330 upon completion of the course in September).
How many CPDUs will I receive?
- 48 hours of CPDUS will be available.
Can I get paid the hourly rate if I want to attend but don't want Internal University credit?
- Staff choosing not to receive credit will be paid $14 per hour for each of the hours of the course requirements at the conclusion of the course.
There will also be 4 Face to Face meetings. Depending on the size of the group the dates will be announced and will take place either in person or via Google Hangouts.
