GYMNASTICS SEASON HAS STARTED!

The 2021 Gymnastics State Champs kicked off their season on Thursday night at Crown Point. Gabi Grisafi placed first in Beam, 2nd in Floor, Bars and Vault to ensure her place as the #1 All Around. Molly Dreher placed 4th All Around and Ione Skafish placed 5th. The team, unfortunately, fell to the Bulldogs 109.825 to 111.175.

BOYS & GIRLS SWIM & DIVE

Boys & Girls Swim and Dive took on Merrillville this week and dominated! Each team placed first in every event. Final team scores were Boys - 145-36 and Girls - 151-21. Below are the individual winners:

  • 200 Yard Medley - Girls - Emma Krsak, Andi Grasch, Katherine Padilla & Edie Patterson Boys - Ian Kennedy, Cade Kennedy, Jonah Lee & Alex Wassilak

BOYS & GIRLS FRESHMAN BASKETBALL

1/4 - Boys FR Basketball played Michigan City at MCHS. The boys won a close one, 39-35. Julian Stokes led with 10 points.

1/6 - It was the girls turn to take on Michigan City and the girls won BIG! The final score was 32-16. Hannah Higgins led the team with 10 points.

1/6 - FR Boys defeated Griffith 43-37. Trenten Kimes led the team with 14 points.
