My musical start
When I was in 2nd grade, my school had us start playing the recorder in music class. I was not the best, but I tried to. In 3rd grade, my school got a keyboard (piano) club afterschool and I also started a little bit there, but I quit mid-year. In the middle of 5th grade, I moved to Arizona and we had to play an instrument. The only instrument left was the clarinet, and that is how I ended up loving music today.
I started playing the angel soprano halo recorder in 2nd grade.
The only instrument to be played with chords (two notes at a time). I own the CTK-496 casio keyboard.
The instrument that seems complicated to everyone but those who play it.
Recently my band director, Ms. Briggs, switched my part in two songs durind sectionals to help our small clarinet section.
This school year, I have been able to play high notes as easily as low notes.
