Fifth Grade Trip is Monday!!! Start Packing and Label Everything
1 pair of PJs
2 pair of shorts
1 pair of long pants
1 long sleeve shirt
3 short sleeve shirts
underwear
socks (at least 2 extra pairs)
1 sweatshirt for cool nights
1 hat (sun protection)
2 pairs of shoes (must be closed toe, laceable, and comfortable for walking
Rain gear (pancho or raincoat with hood
1 jacket (maybe hat and gloves for cool weather)
1 swimsuit 1 or 2 piece is fine but cotton t-shirts or shorts are not allowed to be worn over swimsuit in pool.
Soap
shampoo/conditioner
comb or hairbrush
deodorant
toothbrush and toothpaste
Towel and washcloth for bathing
Towel for swimming
Sleeping bag or bedroll
pillow
water bottle
plastic bag for soiled or wet clothing

Any medications should be turned into the office

Monday and Wednesday drop off and pick up times follow the regular school day.
Please drop off your student and their gear by 7:45. Students can take gear on bus, if necessary. Students will return to campus Wednesday afternoon and will be dismissed at 3:05 with their gear like a regular day.
STAYALERT SYSTEM REMINDER
Lago Vista ISD uses StayALERT to help keep our schools safe. StayALERT is a bilingual, confidential website, e-mail, phone and texting avenue for students, teachers, staff, parents and community members to be able to confidentially report unsafe behaviors, suspicious activities, bullying, acts of violence, harassment, and a host of other potential disruptors to school safety.
Users may anonymously report concerns 24-7-365 via the StayALERT website, an e-mail, a phone call to a recorded and monitored line, or via a text message from a cell phone. Photos and video clips pertaining to the StayALERT report may be included. No special app required! Reportable information will be forwarded in a timely manner to a pre-designated school official for review.
