Spring Break 2021 International Travel Advisory
Spring Break (March 22-26) is coming up fast. In order to help you plan for completing your semester successfully, we want to discourage you from any international travel that is not absolutely necessary. Currently, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is discouraging all non-essential travel even within the U.S. International travel, however, poses even more potential problems, because of the requirement that all travelers boarding planes bound for the U.S. have a negative COVID test within the past 72 hours. If you must travel internationally over Spring Break, please carefully read the CDC guidelines at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/testing-air-travel.html
You do not want to find yourself unable to board your return flight because of the testing requirement.
If you must travel internationally, please complete this brief travel survey so that we are aware of your travel plans in case you need assistance. Do not complete this survey if you are not traveling or are traveling only within the U.S.

If you don’t have a travel signature on page 2 of your I-20 (signature is valid for up to one year from the date it was signed), please see the website below for the full instructions on how to get your I-20 signed.

Dental and Vision Plan options from LewerMark
LewerMark has created a page dedicated for individual dental and vision plans that students can enroll in at any time throughout the year. Whether they need a cleaning, an eye exam, or other routine dental work, we have a solution for them.
Please share this informational video with your students who may be considering individual coverage: Individual Dental and Vision Overview - YouTube.
Here is the direct link for students to enroll in a plan: Dental and Vision Plans.
We want everyone to stay healthy and safe!
To be seen by a staff member in our office, you must have an appointment scheduled. Most appointments will be handled over the phone, by virtual meeting or email. It is very important to check your email for instructions by the staff member to see how your meeting will be set up, or to see if your questions are answered by email. If it is too late for you to schedule an appointment online, please email international@uca.edu or call 450-3445 to be worked into the schedule. When you arrive for an approved in person meeting, please be aware our lobby only has space for 3 people. If the lobby is full, we have additional seating in the main hallway. Thank you for helping us to social distance during these times.
