Leopard Spotlight!
The Leopard Spotlight award for 11.10.23 goes to Brandon Springfield! Mr. Springfield is a great teacher and has won numerous awards throughout his career. The thing that makes him special is not only his ability in the classroom, but also his dedication to ensure our team is successful. For instance, he recently drove the LHS Cheerleaders to the volleyball playoff game in Athens, TX, joined the crowd to cheer our team to victory, and then ensured everyone got home safely. Mr. Springfield's dedication to support our entire school is appreciated. Roll Pards!

CCMR CORNER
The PSAT score release is right around the corner! To see scores, students must log into their College Board account. If your student still needs to create their College Board account, they can easily do so at https://www.collegeboard.org. It's recommended that students use their personal email addresses when creating this account, as they may need access to it after graduation.
In addition to the score report, the College Board has introduced a new feature called Career Insights on the PSAT score report. This tool provides a brief overview of in-demand jobs in their state, which can help them explore their interests and aspirations. It's important to note that the jobs listed are not the only available options and don't necessarily represent the ideal Career for everyone. However, they can be a starting point to explore various career options that align with interest areas, such as doers, thinkers, creators, helpers, persuaders, and organizers. All jobs listed require some form of education after high school, and the pay wage varies widely. You can learn more about this tool by following this link: https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/explore-careers/what-are-career-insights.

Lovejoy Volleyball swept Tuesday night in three sets, making them Region Semi-Finalist! Tonight they have a BIG match against the Wakeland Wolverines. Game time is 7:00pm, Friday, November 10th at Rock Hill HS. We would love to have your support at this match! We are keeping the theme rolling with red out. We can’t wait to see you there, don’t forget your rally towel! We also want to make two special shout outs this week. First, we would like to thank Mr. Springfield who took his own personal time to drive our cheerleaders to Friday’s match. We are so appreciative of his generosity! This is what makes Lovejoy truly #OneHeartOneLovejoy. Next, we would like to thank Lovejoy Nation for showing up for Tuesday night’s match, this three-set win would be nothing without our loud and roaring crowd! Thank you to everyone who came out to support our girls!
