Hour of Code
Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development
Calling all Kids who Code! You've been invited...
The Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development, in cooperation with Lincoln Public Schools, is hosting a special event for the Hour of Code. Code.org is organizing a massive campaign to get 10 million students of all ages to participate in the Hour of Code. Visit http://csedweek.org/ for more details.
This event will bring together the leaders and innovators of Lincoln, young and old alike to show that "Everybody should learn how to program a computer - it teaches you how to think."
Our CLC Coding Club students will get to work directly with state and city leaders on a coding tutorial. Some students from Lefler will be getting their first experience at coding, while our Coding Club students will be able to share their expertise!
